What it costs

Nothing additional. Shipping and insurance are already included in the price shown on every product page. There is no separate line at checkout and no threshold to reach.

How long it takes

Every piece is made to order, so allow approximately one week from order to despatch. If your piece needs an unusual length or an unusual stone size we will tell you before we start rather than after.

Once it leaves the shop it is overnight. You will receive a FedEx tracking number by email on the day it ships.

How it travels

FedEx Priority Overnight, fully insured for the value of the piece, with adult signature required on delivery. Someone over eighteen has to sign. We cannot release a shipment for a door drop, a safe place, or a locker, and we would not want to.

We ship within the United States. For international orders, call the shop and we will arrange it directly.

Where it can go

We ship to residential and business addresses. If you would prefer to collect in person, we are at 45 West 47th Street, Suite 400, and you are welcome to. Call ahead so the piece is out of the safe when you arrive.

If something goes wrong in transit

The shipment is insured for its full value and the claim is ours to make, not yours. Tell us and we will handle it.
