Are the diamonds natural?
Yes. Every stone on this site is a mined natural diamond, F colour, VS clarity. We do not sell laboratory grown stones.
Why are you cheaper than a retail jeweller?
Because we are the manufacturer. We buy stones, we cut, we set, and until recently we sold to the jewellers who then sold to you. Culet Couture removes the last markup in that chain. It is the same piece, sold one step earlier.
Is Culet Couture the same company as Culet Diamonds?
Yes. Both are Culet International Corp, at 45 West 47th Street since 1979. Culet Diamonds is the wholesale trade business. Culet Couture is the retail side. Same address, same bench, same stones.
How long until it arrives?
About a week to make, then overnight to ship. Everything is made to order.
What does shipping cost?
Nothing extra. Insured FedEx Priority Overnight with adult signature is included in the price shown.
Can I get a different length?
Yes, at no charge, if you tell us when you order. Bracelets are finished at seven inches and necklaces at eighteen by default.
Can I return it?
No. Every piece is made to order and all sales are final. If we made an error or a piece is defective we will correct it at our cost. Please call before ordering if you are unsure about anything.
Do you certify the stones?
Every piece ships with a written appraisal describing the metal, the total carat weight and the grades, for authenticity and insurance. Individual laboratory certificates for each stone in a tennis line are not standard practice and would add considerable cost for very little benefit. For a single larger stone, ask us.
Why does the price change when I change the stone size?
Because the piece changes. A bracelet at 1.3 mm and the same design at 6.5 mm contain entirely different quantities of diamond and gold. Pricing one flat rate for both would mean overcharging for the first to subsidise the second.
Some of these photographs look retouched.
Some are. Product images are a mix of unretouched photographs and images enhanced using artificial intelligence to place the piece on a clean studio background. Stones, settings and proportions are true to what you receive. We disclose this on every product page as well.
Can I see a piece in person?
Yes. We are at 45 West 47th Street, Suite 400. Call ahead at 212 944 0099 so we can have something out of the safe for you.
